I'd like to buy an updated map data CD for my A6 and I was directed to the Tele Atlas site, but it doesn't list any A6 models after 2004. Mine is a 2007, but I have reasons to suspect that the CD is out of date.

    Can anyone suggest another source?

mmi high (colour) or basic plus red screen.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Audi-Sat-Navig...QQcmdZViewItem Also when you visit your dealer for the clutch judder ask for the mmi sw versions to be updated. You can check your current sw versions by selecting radio then hold down set up and return until the mmi screen turns to the update screen, select the first item at the top of the list and the latest sw ersion for 2008 is sw 5060,you are more likely to see sw 3050

i downloaded the 5450MMI iso from rapidshare, my MMI was version 1100 !!. Took 2 hours to update everything, now my BT module can browse my phonebook.

    OR

pay an audi tech to put the disk in and go for an extended lunch break while it updates while you pay them £100 per hour for the privilage.

if you search hard you might find the 2008 map DVD iso......

Audi will update mmi foc and it will be the correct configuration. Were not in the buisness of charging for updates hence recalls and workshop actions. And i take offense as who do you think i work for.Audi freak did you no that the updates need to be sent online to the vag server so future updates can see the alterations to the most ring and also hardware versions of the control units.

Thanks. I followed your instruction and this is what appeared:

    Dev name : Interface_Box
    SW Rel : C6StdNavi_0410
    HW Rel : H55
    Date : 06.12.06

Does this tell you anything useful ?
