exhaust help please!

hi everyone ive just put a full stainless on my mk3 golf and noticed that the brackets that bolt to the floor pan are in the way of the exhaust the exhaust is infact resting on one of them so rattles like nobodys buisness! just wondering if it would be alrite to remove them completely?

hi mate,
you can remove them it will do no damage but, they are there to stop the exhaust from dropping and scrapping on the floor if it snaps,
try getting smaller rubbers to pull the exhaust clear from the bracket,
or realign the exhaust to move it clear,

Definately sounds like you need new rubbers. Easy to fit and will take you about 10 mins

thanks for the help iv removed them for now. think i need to get some new rubbers aswell!
