anyone tell me just where I can get a (2003/4)audi a6 tdi 1.9 workshop manual from ?
I have always found that the 'cd' type are sometimes difficult to read.
ALSO--PLEASE HELP !! Where on earth is the oil filter or the air filter ?.
Only had the car a week (after a A4 for 5 years)-- I need to service it 'properly'- and dont want to remove the under-engine guard if I dont need to--just yet.
    Thanks Pete

The air filter is in the airbox on the left hand side as you look in the engine bay. The oil filter is next to the fuel filter beneath a plastic cover. It is slightly to the right of the centre of the engine bay.

    I bought a CD-ROM workshop manual from e-bay, the seller was qcp-1.

    Thanks Paul--
I'll have a look later today when I get some time . Are you saying I have to remove the top plastic engine cover ?.
Layout is totally different from my A4 engine--I need to recondition my mind to this new one .
ps-- is the oil filter a canister or paper ?.
    Thanks very much
    Pete

Yes Pete, the top engine cover has to come off.
The oil filter on mine is a paper element.
