remote stopped working

hi my remote for my car stopped working little light on the drivers door also has stopped working anyone know what to check in the fuses ?

remote uses button cell bat . cr502 i think ?

Hi (little light on the drivers door also has stopped working)see if the interior light has stopped working too from the drivers door,if that is the case then i think you have a faulty door lock,which in turn will affect the central locking

its weird that on the key central locking still works? just not remote? will check interior light the alarm used to work but stopped sometime last year. i did find a blown fuse something to do with central locking but when i replaced it still made no difference

Hi, If some of the other electrics on the door are playing up - like the speaker, boot/fuel release etc. Check the wiring loom where it passes from the door into the car as mine got worn and about 13 of the 15 wires had snapped. They only worked when the door was closed.
