Tailgate Water

I have posted this problem before, and have not had time to take the car to the dealer. Just to mention this issue again, under any rain the tailgate of my 2 month old Le Mans Estate rapidly fills up with water, and tonight I've had to park it up under the garage door! Is this not a regular occurrence? It seems that that rain cannot escape from the side channels when the tailgate is shut so builds up until it overflows, possibly into the inside interior trim at the top. When you open the tailgate water pours out from the bottom two interior light fittings and the side channels release the contained water.
Also, there is a rattle from the nearside rear suspension area and rear nearside window lift button on the drivers module is very weak.
I'm not very impressed with Audi build quality.

I've just seen that on roadtestreports.co.uk someone else has had the same problem, and it was due to the seal on the high level brake light, which was repaired and then started leaking again.
