polo beta radio tp

hiya

I can;t work out how to turn off tp (traffic announcements) on my polo with a beta radio. Tried pressing fm but dosen;t seem to do anything, if this is the right thing to press, when and how long etc?

tp is the most annoying function ever, and the manual is useless "you can turn i off at any time...." grrrrr i'm sure i could, if it said how!

Do you have the radio codes??? - a "get around" is to diconnect the battery. A little bit drastic but this should reset the radio.

I don't think i do. I'll have a look in the manual and see if its in there.
