i had the same problem mate
my hydraulic pumo is gone opp i replaced it and drive the car some time with the abs light on it was noisy
when i had the orginal pump back again they told me it is going to go away but it didnt finally
i did exactly what i am saying here
i did over 60 miles and than emergency breked and again and again i mean relly hard breaking yeah eveytime te abs cmes on after when i was going i kept my foot on the gas and applied gently to the brakes for a little while

all sorted now no problem and i coverded like another 10000 miles

what happens is when u dont have the abs the brake presure to the brake shoes is not stable that makes them dont wear equally once u get the abs problem sorted than what happens is because they were unstable when the abs was off so they need some time to be equal
so what i did just hekped me not waiting for them to become equal

    try it it will work

you might just need to put come copper grease on the back of the break pad, (not the side that touches the break disk) it will stop the pads from vibrating,
