Best Induction kit for '01 S3??

Hey guys,

whats the best or highly reccomended induction kit for an S3 / A3 ???

It already has a Revo chip and have heard that it will help a bit (and hopefully sound good) any help muchly appreciated. thanks!!

I have a pipercross viper kit on my A3 1.8t, but was told by someone on this forum that its not good to use and induction kit because the oil that they use in them will clog up the MAF, but as far as i no pipercross are not oil based and I have had no problems with my car, k&n apparantly use oil so I wouldnt recomend them, another option is to get a non oiled (pipercross) pannel filter which I think is a straight replacment for the standard filter but lets in more air.

From what I have heard so far, most of the induction kits available have an adverse affect on noise, performance and also apparently can promote water ingress, and drawing in hot air from within the engine compartment (bad for performance too)
Most people on here recommend a replacement panel filter to fit the original airbox....thats my plan anyway!
What do you reckon to the Revo remap? I had the free 5 hour trial a while back, and LOVED it....think my clutch is goosed/nearly goosed now so holding off getting the full remap.
