    Default Rear light condensation - New Golf GT – 04-05-2008,08:46 AM
    Hi,

    I have had a new Golf GT Sport TDI 2.0 for a few weeks now and am loving it. One thing that is a bit annoying is that my rear left lights seem to constantly have condensation inside.

    I did mention this to the dealer and he said it was a known issue with the latest model that could get better over time.

    Has anyone else experienced this with one of the new models?

    It will not get better over time!! Demand that the dealer replace them so that you are on record as having had them changed.

    My Golf Plus suffered from condensation inside one of the headlights. The dealer acknowledged the problem and changed it straight away.

    Yeah you should go back to the dealer and get them changed. Things don't fix themselves over time! The condensation could lead to other problems in the future otherwise..
