A bird crapped on my nice new Audi Cab today. Not impressed! The rain has washed most of it off, but it did get my thinking about the best way to clean it.

Can I take it through a regular car wash or will that damage the roof?

Hi,you can put it through a car wash, and if you can find one that has adjustable roof roof brushes then all the better.A bit of bird crap can be just brushed of with no problems.
i hand wash the car about every month, but the roof twice a year. You can get the roof cleaner and protector from halfords,eBay,or from a website recommended by a contributor on this site,DetailedObsession.com.
I'm using autoglym and it does the job.

Is it easy to remove algae from the cab roof? Seen a few for sale with unwelcome stains.
