I think 409 is the fuel pump relay

Does anyone know if this is the fuel pump relay or not

For some reason I do not hear my fuel pump at all when I turn the key or open the door. I think I have a bad relay but maybe its a fuse or something

any advice from the forum here?

Hi I should have asked for the engine code but since you asked for the fuel pump relay i took it for granted that it was petrol. How ever if it is a diesel then it is the glow plug relay that is in position 4
