TDI Tuning Boxes?

Hi all,

Over the next few months i will be modding my car bit by bit, i wish to upgrade the power a bit, and whilst RS Tuning have a good deal, and im sure would provide a good remap and performance im a little concerned about a remap due the implications with Engine warranty, Servicing checks - i.e can remaps be lost? And also when i come to sell ease of removal.. as in my experience most garages etc do not like buying cars/ part exchanging if they have been remapped.

Thus my attention has wondered onto Tuning Boxes, i have seen one available from "TUNIT" they seem to have a good reputation and i think have one a few awards and has a few magazine features. They are not cheap, but at the moment they have a 0% finance deal going which is quite good.

Anyone got any experiences with these higher end tuning boxes? I dont want something cheap but i am on a tight budget. .

My local Audi now provide remaps, it's worth asking your local dealer. Warranty won't be an issue then. (Correct me if i'm wrong MalQV)
