S4 B5 2000 model DBW???

Hey guys

Noob question lol

Can anyone confirm for me if the 2000 model S4 B5 has Drive By Wire (DBW / electronic throttle control) ie No throttle cable ?????

I think the 2001 model does but im not sure if the 2000 model does..

Or are the 2000-2002 models all the same??

Should have, mine does and it's '99

General rule is anything from September 1999 should be DBW, but there are a few exceptions.

I want to buy a S4 B5 but I was told to only get the model with DBW (for modding reasons >_< ) and the person telling me thought that it only came on the 2001+ models hence why I was asking about the 2000 models because I can only seem to find 2000 models and none of them are in my stste to look at :'(
