    Hi

On a couple of occasions, when I have unlocked the car (via the key lock on drivers side), all of the windows go down. It's very odd!! I keep expecting the car to turn into a transformer or something.

Just wondered as to whether this was a general electrical problem, or central locking fault.

    Any suggestions...

    Cheers

Forgive me for stating the obvious.... but... if you turn the key to the right (unlock) and hold it for a couple of seconds the windows are supposed to go down. The same when locking the car .. hold the key left.. windows up..

Are you sure you have a fault at all.. seems normal to me ?

    Regards

No probs.... just keep the central locking control module dry..(under the front passenger seat).. if that gets wet the windows and central locking will really go crazy !! There are loads of threads about this... you need to make sure the drain holes are clear of leaf debris etc (found underneath the front wheel arch liners). If they block, rainwater will pour into the car and the lowest point is...... guess where ? ... the control module for the central locking and windows !! I have put the module in my car inside a tupperware box just in case as they are expensive to replace.

    Regards
