Transmission issues in 06 passat 2.0t

My car has been at the dealership for a week now. I took it in because sometimes when tranny is down shifting it will jerk and make a clunking noise.(it is an automatic) It does not do it all the time. We went to pick the car up Monday. the service rep said they could not make the transmission do what I had described. So we dropped our Touareg off for service work, and at the very first stop light it did it again. We turned around took the car back.
Has this happend to anyone else? If so what was the problem.

I have the same model, had the same problem. Mine hit so hard a few times on the down shift thought something was falling out. Dealer said some kind of bolt in trans. I think they even reprogrammed something. Been working ok since.
