I have a 55 plate A4 2.0 with most of the toys fitted except a Multifunction Steering Wheel.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have one fitted and if so what's the approximate cost?

...it is possible to buy the parts and do it yourself, but its tricky as you need new controllers and things - not sure if the dealers will do it for you.

Try here. bit costly tho! Luckily - half the price than a pre 2005 model £475 ... I'd pay that... if mine was an 05 not an 04!
