It's coming, I now have a delivery date!

I ordered my 2.0 Tdi SE on the 12th February and I had a call from the garage yesterday that my car is now due for build week 17, with a delivery date of early May.

Now that was not long to wait was it?

Whats the betting that .....

Phone call this afternoon, my car is now at stage 5 or whatever that means. The said they were fitting the doors, would have been nice to watch this on a web cam, but I suspect that this is too technical for Audi.

I should have my new motor for the beginning of May.

Note the word, should......

Mine arrived at the PDI centre today, and I'm scheduled to collect next Thursday.

I need help and lots of it!

My car is now in the UK but the dealer knows not where (only for the time being I hope) and I passed a trailer full of A4's today on the M180 but not one of them was mine.

If anyone sees my car (it will be unregistered and will hopefully stand out) can they please help it out by directing it to Peter Guilder Audi in Sheffield.

Yeeehaw! I've just had a call from Inchcape, the car is being delivered to my house on 27th May.

The only slight bummer is that I could have had it as early as the 22nd, but I am away on business then, and they don't deliver on weekends/bank holidays etc.

Can't wait now
