    Lightbulb VW Polo Oil Light – 28-03-2008,08:27 PM
    Have a VW Polo classic 1.4 1997. the oil light keeps coming on, and there is also a "put-put-put" sound when the engine warms up. Would this be the oil pump or should i look for something else. Seems to be know loss of power when driving. I have stopped the car in case of doing damage. Please

    Also: if oil pump is gone, is it a big job to replace?

    Oil level is perfect. still have the problem...
