What size alloys?

I was hoping to get 18's on, What would need to be done? What would you say?

You can fit 18" wheels, and "should" have no problems, as I have seen quite a few with them on. you may get problems with the rear tyres touching the arches when loaded or a couple in the back.

All depends how stiff the suspension is
