    Really the turbo on these is barley large enough to give much lag,lol
    Must be a fult somewhere

    the na lump is a bit slugglish at low revs compared to some other 1.8 engines i've driven, and you can tell the head was designed with a turbo in mind as it does come alive after 3000 rpm.

    to someone who wasn't familiar with both engines it could be an easy mistake to make...

    I have a 1.8T 96 p reg, im abso****inloutly sure im 0-60 around 8 secs....and it gets chipped and remapped in 2 weeks

    Hi Duke1973,

    You've just gotta luv the A4. Where else can you get a 10+ year old car that still looks the mutts nuts, drives like it's new and out-performs most new cars in it's class. What do you recon it's 0-60 will be after the remap?

    I dont know.....but i will do a few and get an average time postedby 13th april(day after remap)
