    Hi Dan,

I have a full set of 5 alloys from an Audi 80. were refurb'd a few years ago and have some marks on them, one has a break in the outer edge of the rim which is the spare and has a few mm of tread left.

The other 4 tyres have only done around 2000 miles, probably less and have in excess of 12000 miles of life left, if not more. The tyres are Vredestein and have performed admirably while on the car. I also have a spare pair of Firestone tyres which have done <1000 miles.

Are you still looking for wheels/tyres?

    Adrian

Hi Adrian, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunatley 3 of the 6 driveshaft bolts have just snapped off & remain lodged in the gearbox flange, so the car is off the road at the moment. I just got an mot 2 weeks ago aswell & have done sooooo much work to the car recently. Its really bugging me. I need to look into replacing the flange as there is no way i will be able to remove the 3 bolts that have sheared off with the gearbox still in the car. what size are the wheels & what profile tyres do they have on them?? Could you post a pic?? How much would you be looking for & where are you based?? Hopefully ill be able to sort the flange & continue restoring the car to its former glory. If so then i may well take the wheels.

    Regards
    Dan

    Dan

You should be able to extract the drive flange fairly easily, remove the driveshaft inner CV, then use one of the intact bolts to 'jack' the flange off. Put a flat bar behind the flange to jack against.
Maybe you would have more luck getting the bits out with the flange in a vice?

    Hi Dan,

The tyres on the wheels have roughly 4-5mm left before the wear indicator. the spare only 2-3mm. The spare tyres have 6-7mm of tread left and have done less than 1000 miles and are Firehawks. the others have escaped my mind right now. PM me with your email and i'll send you some pictures. if i could get £300 for all 5 wheels w/ center caps and 2 spare tyres that would be great, i'm open to offers also.

    Adrian
