Has anyone been hit by the bad weather then? It wasn't too bad here in the North West the last couple of days but apparently it's going to be bad tonight. The wind is certainly building up out there.

Lost two fence panels, and a plant pot... Cornwall has been howling... Did anyone see the Sun front page with the man and his child in buggy (cigarette in the other hand apparently) getting far to close to the seafront at Brighton...

Last night was the worst wind i've ever seen on Anglesey....

In the digs i have an extract fan, and that was howling that loud that when it woke me up for the fifth time at around 3am this morning, i stuffed some towels into the vents

My (the hotels ) towels aren't so white anymore

We managed to escape any damage (well, our wheelie bin blew over and the lid broke off, but it was knackered anyway) and the fencing was all fine. I'm glad it all stayed up as I only put it up last year.

The only down side was the M6 being partly closed, I work right next to the closed section and had a pretty poor drive in this morning with all the traffic.

That tool is just a complete moron...why do these inbreds think that it's a good idea to put themselves (& others) in 'potential' danger??
    Ah, they don't think...do they??
