    How easy is it to take the front bumper of of a a3 2004 modal

    quite easy mate takes about 10 mins thers is a bolt either side you need to get in between wheel arch to locate bolt and obviously the 3 at the top of the grille then just pulls off

    when you say bolt in between wheel arch, where do you mean on the wheel arch under the liner? sorry to sound thick, i found the ones on the grill

    right sorry i was the same took a while if you pull the wheel arch cover to the side enough to get ya hands in think you need to remove a couple of allan bolts or screws there is a plastic pin just inside right at end of bumper it easier to see if wheel off but i did it with em on when you get them off one either side try pulling the bumper off and you can see were the pressure is ie the bolts they are just below headlights 10mm bolts i think undo 1 either side then the bumper will just pull off hope this helps m8 if any probs get back to me its **** not havin a manual for these cars isnt it if you cant reach with arches on get a extension for the ratchet as you defo need to use a socket to far for a spanner m8

    could anyone reveal how to remove just the big grille, or do i have to remove the bumper to get grille out.... any help would be very much welcomed

    i believe you have to remove the whole bumper to get to the grill

    this is what i feared... i was hoping it wouldn't come to that. i think i will order the sports grille i've had my eye on & a set of angel lights & do the whole job in one

    i am now needing to take off my front bumper! was it just the 5 bolts, n obviously you have to take off the undertray too!!!!

    i have no idea as i have not done it yet .... i decided not to change headlights in the end & chose the cheaper option of buying a dark tint kit from the states
