You have to disconnect upper ARM to link bolts, the steering rack securing bolts, the lower gearbox reaction arm to box bolts and then remove the four subframe bolts, the ARB inner mount, ARB link, subframe and steering rack bolts are one time only and MUST be replaced. Then you lower the subframe down, remove the inner ARB bolts and clamps and remove the bar. It takes about an hour and a half and the bar is £65 or £73 depending on type, the bushes are £5 each and you should also replace the inner clips (£6.50 each) as these also corrode.
