    Hi.
Car decided to not start this morning.
It sounds as it could start but not getting there. Almost as if it was out of fuel.
    Ran VAG-COM and got following:
    2 Faults Found:
16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit
    P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16534 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
    P0150 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
    Readiness: N/A

I believe these are both O2 sensors on exaust manifolds (V6)
Could these be the real problem or just a fault caused by cranking engine?
    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks

Hi You have only the one fault code(lambda sensor) the other code is telling you need to register your VAG-COM to communicate with all units. However,a common fault with these vehicles is the fuel pump, but the first thing you have to check is the ignition (have you a spark at the plugs?),if so, can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the ignition on and off ?

The other fault is the opposite bank O2 sensor according to the codes found on web.
That is the funny thing, I can't hear the fuel pump when I put ignition on, but don't know if it is being told to run.
Sunday I started car just to pull it forward on drive by 5 mtrs, it started fine then.
Are the fuel pumps a known problem?
    Thanks for your help

    Thanks for your help.
I don't believe both sensors would fail at same time. It has to be something to do with fuel. Been searching internet for ways of testing those bits. Also it seems that fuel pump relay may feed heaters on o2 sensors.
Just need the tine to do it now.

    HI there,
hope you get sorted, everyone seems to know what there on about on this site.
Could someone please tell me though why it is that I find loss of power in my T reg A4 is not just common in the older car, but in the much newer Audis? Surely if you have a commonplace fault such as this in manufacture and also others [that include volume on radios ] Audi would ensure this would be sorted before introducing more cars to the public.
I dont understand the logic in it. If I scratch my head any longer I shall end up with no hair!
