If you have a position sensor on no 4 at the mo it means you must have an 88hp 2.5 which is fitted with stanadyne injectors. If your replacements are bosch it means they come from a 102hp. This has needle postion sensor on cylinder 5. you can fit them to your van, (what size are the injectors .195???) but, you will need to get a different longer fuel pipe to reach injector no 5 coz your current pipe wont reach the Bosch injector. its longer.

hi herman.58 sorry the reply took so long, you asked me if the injectors were .195 cant see that on them.the bosch no is 0432 193 663 (937) 68123a5 and the vw no is 074130201 j bpx then 220/300 bar does this mean anything to you?do you think it will need a remap after fitting? thanks

    Hi Billy,

Not sure what you have here....Are you fitting 102 injectors to an 88 ?

If so you'll need the fuel pipe for pot 5 off an ACV.
You will then need a remap as you will be changing the fuelling.

You must also have an intercooler fitted as if not you will smoke like a factory...

If you are going this far....then I'd fit new nozzles too, .216's that I use will get you to 155 bhp....

    Catch ya later.

    Ron.
