    Hi there ,
I have a 2001/2002 VW passat TDi 100bhp which had a problem with the clutch the problem was the clutch was really hard to push to down . My local VW dealers replaced this for me but I am not happy with it . Yes its nice and soft the clutch pedal but now if I was to pull away a bit lively the clutch is slipping with the rev counter allmost going to the red . But once I've changed gear it seems to grip okay , The problem seems to be between the up- change of gears where its slipping . Any ideas ?

    Many thanks

Finally after 4 weeks of disapointment and going back and forth to my local VW dealers they have agreed to replace my clutch . They were not to keen to as when they were test driving the car, they never pulled away lively or anything like that just drove it like a sunday driver in a middle of a country side . Hopefully I'll be happy now
