yeah but stand by because some french man has perfected the compressed air engine and reckons that he will be able to mass produce this car by next year for £2500 with a return of 100 miles per charge using heated air and we are not talking farts either and a top speed of 80 mph but the bonus is if you crash you are treated to loud bang and the air tanks crack with no danger to you or your passengers

Honda are producing some of the best ads by far.

My favourite is the Power of Dreams one they did a few years ago. Starts off with the guy putting on his jumpsuit and just gets better.

I'm waiting for the day when a car maker advertises how good its car is when stuck in a 10-mile tailback, which is where it seems it will spend most of its life.

Either that or they produce a car that actually does transmute into something else. There's a guy round here who is really upset that his Citroen doesn't become some sort of robotic skater in the way the ad said it can.....

As you might have guessed, car ads leave me cold. Then again, just about all advertising does - it offends me that they think I'm stupid enough to believe them.

not wrong there my freind tremble the oil giants because if it goes to plan i may buy one for day to day traveling and keep the MK3 GOLF GTI for some fun at the weekends as the surely the goverment won't tax this one with out a fight
