    Hi,

I have just upgraded the Gamma stereo to a Pioneer model in my Bora Highline. The difference in sound quality is amazing. I now have bass! Anyway, my questiion is this: I have been informed the steering wheel controls and dash display for radio station / CD trakcs etc. can be plumbed into the new stereo by way of a 'box' for about £35. Can anyone confirm this please? Also, do you know of a good supplier who can fit the relevant 'box' for me in the southeast London / Kent area?

    Many thanks.

I'm not sure about the remote display working, but certainly Pioneer make steering wheel control adapters. Check out the web site ; http://www.pioneer.co.uk/files/pdf/H...ptersChart.pdf

Thanks for your response. I have also spoken with a car hi-fi specialist who informs me that two modules are required; the one for the remote control is £35, and the radio station / cd track display unit is £45 plus fitting costs, naturally, so I guess the total cost is like to be around £100 - £130.

    Regards.
