My poor old Audi 80 failed it's MOT recently and part of the problem was my rusty fuel pipe. Anyone got a spare one knocking around or know where I can get one? My usual sources seem to be failing me on this issue saying that the parts are no longer made...maybe it's time for a hacksaw and flexible pipe.

I had this problem with my 80s too! I solved the problem by decommissioning the petrol and converting to LPG. The petrol pipes can be replaced with plastic coated copper pipe or just copper may suffice. Consult an MOT tester to be sure. I think flexible pipe is a bad route to take for 2 petrol lines :-(
