What is your favourite stretch of road?

i'm travelling my favourite dual cariageway this weekend. live up in co.durham and popping down to the cannock area for mothers day,( the better half left there to join me up here)
A1-M1, then the wonderfull A38 around derby and on to litchfield till we hit "camera land"
on the A5.

got back tonight after a great, albeit, short spell, but fab chinese in our own private room in Simons resturaunt.
better half dropped into a coma on the way home, stewy cleaned the turbo vanes along the
A38, M1 and A1M. light traffic all the way home,couldn't believe it, but thank god for the pricks
who drive on four up front, ( it's not a police officer behind you ).
yes, it's only a bora tdi 130, but it puts up a good show, with 49.3 mpg thrown in for good measure,(57.4 this morning through walsall on the way to bescot market), but the best thing about the weekend, and i mean the very best thing,was seeing the kids again.
i have said it before, and will say it again. YOU'VE ONLY GOT THEM ONCE.
