    Hi

    I have a golf Mk4 1.9 Tdi which is 90bhp..

like some other vehicles here that have a 90bhp engine, my golf wont go over 70mph unless going down hill with the wind behind me lol..

the car gets to 70 then judders for a sec, at this point i would have my foot to the floor and it stays at 70....

i have had it put on a computer. Anyone else have any ideas?

I've got the same problem on my 90bhp. I spent saturday cleaning the intake manifold and egr valve. Doesnt seem to have made a massive improvement. I changed the MAF sensor a while ago for a GSF own brand. Might try a geniune one next to see if that resolves the issue. Reading some of the threads it might be a boost valve change failing that although not sure where to get one from as yet. Also vac pipe changes might also be a solution. Looks like a busy few weeks ahead.

Yep sounds like the N75 valve. Try searching. Just had a problem with mine. Fixed and now is excellent.

I think you may be able to swap for the valve that is mounted beside it to see if it helps.

    Try this site...
