Weak AM reception

Weak AM reception – 25-01-2008,06:50 PM

I have a 2002 A6 Q 3.0 with Bose sound system factory installed. FM is great, but AM reception is pathetic. Does anyone have suggestions on how to improve this? Is there an antenna/aerial trimming capacitor?
