I have never seen RS4s in 4 stud, they usually appear in rep form in 5x100 or 5x112. If you can get 5x100, adapters are quite common to convert from that to what I presume you would have as 4x100.

    The early 80's were 4 x 100 but from 1986 they were 4 x 108.

If you want to convert to 5 x 112 you need S2 hubs. These only fit 20v or V6 model front wheel bearings - 81mm, the lesser models use 75mm bearings. The rears for a quattro model would also use S2 hubs. for a 2wd model you would need hubs from a 100/early A6 model.

I have never heard of a 4 stud RS4 replica wheel ever being made?
If they were, sorry to say that to the best of my knowledge, they are no longer available.
