    hi i have a corrado g60 just had it tuned and when i start it it keeps popping and bangiging when cold..as soon as the oil temp gets to about 58 its fine..looks like a cold start problem but the place that tuned it dont no whats wrong...can anyone help..its doing my head in...thanks

    or your CO pot is well out. Who tuned it?

    As I told you this morning that I think it is the ECU. I tuned it by the way, the basic settings are dead on, the lambda sensor doesn’t operate from start up and the car is quite heavily modified with some "changes" I don't really like such as atmospheric dumping crank case ventilation and boost return. It only ever did it to me once and I am sure it is the re-mapped ECU’s cold running table.

    if all the setting are right then it does sound like an ecu tuning issue.

    i don't like the sound of the atmopheric boost return either.

    i had issue with a chip in my g60 ( wish i'd kept it now ) and found it was over fueling from cold

    Those guys have been around for a fair while and from what i have heard they know what they are doing.

    what chip is your ecu running?
