Installing Sline sticker logos, grille badge on A3

Hi lads,

I'm a new user here, just bought an Audi A3 1.8TFSI Ambition with some extras on it to fit my needs. Bumped into them Sline stickers on eBay the other day and went for it, so here I am now got them by post today and I'd like your input on how I can get around installing them trouble free. It's a set of two side sticker Sline logos and a grille badge.

They all appear to be original Audi accessories, came in sealed Audi bags and what have you, and feature the Audi logo embossed on the backside of the plastic (at least on the grille badge). The adhesive on the underside of the stickers is a black twin-side adhesive strip that runs the full length obviously, whereas the badge is essentially the same thing with the adhesive strip replaced with a plastic support and two clips to mount the thing on the front grille of the Audi..

First thing is whether I need to apply any special mounting techniques to put the stickers on the side of the car (i.e. use any special cleaning cloth, detergent and the rest) or do I just peel the protective film off, clean the side of the car with a cloth and stick the thing on, would that suffice?

Next up is the grille badge...Would I have to remove the grille to access its rear side in order to be able to fit the mounts and secure the badge?

I have yet to test any of the above in terms of fitting, since I just got back home from work, it's pitch black out there and cold, so I'm better off postponing till the weekend.
