Does anyone know if these are any good??

No good to those with MFSW, but perfect for my SE.

    Are they simply clip off/on?

Anyone got experience? is it a good price?

This will be a shocker to you all, but I'm not keen on them - I'd not want that much chrome right in my face while I'm driving. If it was brushed steel, then that would be different.

There was a little "R" type badge that fit the bottom section which appealed more, but not so much as to make me want them.

I suppose I'd need to see them on a Passat to really get an idea of how it really looked.

(This is all my own subjective opinion, of course)

you can get genuine inserts from www.vagparts.com.

there seem to be quite a few to choose from. a single insert (lower central wheel spoke) seems to be around £12-13+vat+delivery, and a set of 3 gunmental inserts is about £27+VAT+delivery.

£15 does seem quite a bargain, but i guess it comes down to what the quality is like.

I had a quick scan and couldn't find those mentioned parts - saying that, it was a QUICK scan and I only looked in the Passat section....
