    i think my cca in my passat 20v sport is buggered,how hard are they to change or can i fix it?

    about two months ago I replaced my CCA - it is not difficult if you are already a seasoned home mechanic....but you need to go very slowly and carefully and work around a few things such as...removal of lower crankshaft pulley (a bitch cos you can only feel the four nuts that hold it on), removal of viscous fan (again don't bother with centre bolt 0 just the four outside bolts), Cam tensiioner (you will need a vice to close it and pin it)
    Ensure that you obtain the correct tool to compress the CCA and mark the chain and EXACT sprocket position before removal 0 TipEx is ideal.....
