petrol fuel filter, and pollen filter ??

Hi have a sharan 1.8 turbo 1999 , would like to change the petrol fuel filter and the pollen filter, could somebody tell me how you gain acess to either, the fule filter looks like you may have to drop the fuel tankis that right ?, cant even find the pollen filter lol , is it worth getting a ford galaxy haynes manual ?

pollen filter is behind wiper mechanism under passenger side of windscreen have mailed you

any idea about the fuel filter ?
