Service Indicator reset on 2001 A3 – 12-01-2008,04:30 PM

Hi folks,

My girlfriend has a 2001 1.6 A3, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to reset the service indicator? She just had it serviced, but the garage said they couldn't reset it.
