abs and eps warning lights on

i had my car lowered and these warning lights came up and wont go away. I called out VW roadside assist and they didnt clear it but siad i needed new speed sensor. had one fitted by the garage who broke the original and now it still hasnt gone away!!!! any ideas????

When you say speed sensor, am I right in thinking you mean ABS sensor?

Did the garage actually attempt to clear the fault using diagnostic equipment? I'm not completely sure but it may be the case that replacing the sensor may not remove the error itself, it might have to be cleared via diagnostics.

it was the abs sensor. the vw roadside man tried to clear it using his 5050 system but to no avail!! should i go to a main dealer??
