Hello All, been lurking around this forum as a guest whilst i've been in the market for a A4 Avant tdi.
My last VAG car was a 2000 golf Gti turbo, she was revo'd full milltek system with hi flow cat, 19' Rs6 wheels and various other bits and bobs, knocked out around 230bhp and ran the 1/4 mile in 14.2 seconds!
The golf was sold due to being a 3dr motor and the wife was expecting our first little'un, we thought we could manage with the golf and one nipper but 2 months after the birth of our daughter we found out the wife was expecting again, there was no way a double pushchair was gonna fit in the boot of the golf and leave room for shopping etc, so the golf went onto ventures new in wales.
The reason i got into VAG motors was due to our passion for the aircooled vw's, Since starting back in 1995 we've now owned 5 baywindows, 1 devon splitscreen camper, a 1200 beetle, and 4 T3 campers(T25 for the english people).
We still have a T3 camper which is quite a special one, i imported it 2 years ago from the fatherland, last year it won best in show and runner up twice at various vw events accross the uk.
Anyway enought of the past and onto the next chapter!, today i bought our new toy, It's a 52 plate A4 Avant Tdi 130 sport, well specced up including full black leather.
After the golf went we bought a Ford mondeo estate which has served its purpose but it's just no VAG motor.
We pick the Audi up on saturday and i cant wait, Already planning a few mods for it and i'll be having a good look around here for mods and stuff to improve it.
Well thats enough for now but heres a pic of our previous golf and current camper.

    Cheers Glen.
