High Level Brake Light

Hi, my car was just in for a service and it was reported that the High Level brake light at the bottom of the rear windowscreen was dull. A replacement was quoted at £80. I was wondering as it looks a simple thing to replace if anyone can recommend a place i can buy this and fit myself (and hopefully saves some money too). I live in Glasgow if anyone knows anywhere local.

Does it actually need to be replaced? It might just be dirty.
