car wont start up plz help

My car dont start up. I need to start the enginition 10 times to get the car started n once i switch of the engine n try to start it again afta couple hours the car wont start up again. i changed the battery but still the same problem. Can some1 plz help me out n tell me what the problem wid the car is n hw much it would cost to repair plz

It would help if you put the fuel type and engine type in your profile (or engine code)

i.e, PD engine or a mechanical pump if diesel.

Different engines have different symptoms.
