Standard Headunit

i have removed my headunit put it back in then noticed i did not have the code, i tried a couple of four digit numbers which were on the back of the radio (stupid i know) and now its in safe mode

the serial number is SEZ2Z6C1027684

i know the code can be obtained from SEAT but i have previously read a post by eclipse car audo? who said he could possibly do it for free?

could you please help me out with my problem?

Hi Mate

Unfortunately for your car/radio there is no way of getting the code from the serial number - the radio would need to be connected to a PC and the code read from the chip in the radio so unfortunately it is going to be a Seat dealer job or a local decoding company with the correct software.
