Hello everyone and a merry Christmas
Got a problem ive never come across before, last saturday i set off out in the car. After about 3 miles i approached a duel carriage way and as i accelerated up the slip road the clutch began slipping so i left the dual carriage way and returned home nursing the slipping clutch and booked it in for a new clutch. Nothing unusual about that, but had to move the car today set off on a slight gradient expecting the clutch to slip, nothing, pulled away normally. So off i went on a test did about 25 miles on a mixture of fast roads, twisty lanes, steep hills but i could not get the clutch to slip again. I dont understand this at all a slipping clutch cant right itself! Anyone else ever experienced this? Passat TDI 52 plate by the way
