Emissions Problem?

Well it's come to that time of the year and I've just returned from the garage having forked out for an MOT test... failed

CO reading is 0.74% on both the initial test and the retest.

Has anyone else had this problem on a 1600m standard A3 '99?

I've recently had the cat replaced due to the exhaust blowing at the flange.

I'm going to check the usual, filters and the Lambda sensor but thought I'd check in here first to see if it's a common problem.

I have exactly the same prob. and same car!
I've changed all my filters and only had a new cat and lambda prode fitted a year ago, now im at a dead end.....
Did you get any where with yours?
