    Hi,
The heater blower on my 1993 Audi 80 only works when the switch is in the full speed postion. I understand that the most probable cause is the relay pack. Can anybody tell me how to get to it? Cheers.

Sounds like it's the resistor pack? I think it's on the blower motor itself or close by. It's up behind the glove box. If you take the glove box out, you should find it. If you need to remove it, the blower motor detatches like a light bulb

    Hi
If the blower works at its full speed, but not one or all of the others, my money would be on the resistor pack.
I'm no spark, but as I understand it, the blower fan gets a direct 12v supply at 4, its highest speed setting. At speed 3 it passes through 1 resistor (or 1 section of the resistor) this drops the voltage a bit which reduces the speed. at speed 2 it passes through 2 resistors (or sections of resistor) which drops the voltage a bit more, at speed 1 it goes through 3.
