my car is a 2003 53 tdi130 estate made in december is it a b5 or a b5.5 and will i be able to fit cruise control i dont think i have epc but i do have esp and does cc give better economy?

It is a 3B or 3B3 to some or even a 3BG to the Germans in some literature; they don't use the Americanism B5. Take a look at your chassis number and you will see it says wvwzzz3Bz, then 3 for 2003 followed by E or P for the factory is was built in (Emden or Mosel) then followed by its six digit serial number so as an example wvwzzz3Bz3E123456. Also look at the “type” info for your car and it will be something like 3B3061.
