    May be a stupid question but always a good start !

    Having removed the inner lining does the front ash tray simply pull out or is it held in place by screws? (2006 A4 Avant 3.0 TDi)

    My son kindly posted two 20p pieces down the back of the open lid today and they have dropped all the way through.

    Don't need the money that bad - eveytime I stop I now hear them!

    A long time ago I know, but did you get your money out in the end. Keep posted and I will be showing how to remove the ashtray tomorrow.
